Due to the nature of our product (personal care/hair oil), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, you may return the product if:

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You received the wrong item.

The item is unopened and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
